With regard to commercial contracts, we are able to understand managerial needs, and based on these, prepare and negotiate commercial contracts based on complex relationships, such as commercial distribution, agencies and franchises.

 

Concerning Mergers and Acquisitions, we are experts in due diligence processes and the drafting of share and/or equity stake purchase agreements and the corresponding shareholders’ agreements, parasocial agreements and other agreements related to M&A operations.
