Since the end of May 2011, when Law 13/2011, on Gaming Regulation, was enacted – the first law to regulate online gaming in Spain –, MartínAndino Abogados has become a leading firm in iGaming legal and regulatory consultancy matters. We have advised several local and international gaming operators looking to obtain a licence, accompanying them in the process that began in November 2011, with the first call for the granting of general and singular licences, and that closed in June 2012 with the launch of the online gaming market regulated in Spain.

 

Besides providing advice for numerous online gaming operators – not only in the licence granting process but also in their daily activities and relations with the regulator (the Directorate General for Gaming Regulation) –, we also provide our services for other clients linked to the online gaming sector: gaming software suppliers, affiliates, testing laboratories approved by the Directorate General for Gaming Regulation for the provision of certification services, Payment Service Providers, media, and marketing and consultancy companies related to the online gaming sector.
