Pedro López Martín-Andino is the Managing Partner of MartínAndino Abogados and Head of a young and dynamic Firm that has consolidated its position as a leader in its main practice areas Pedro López graduated in Law from the CEU San Pablo University, Madrid, specialising in EU Law in 1996 and earned a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Law from ICADE University, Madrid, in 1997. He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
Professionally, he has been a practising lawyer with the Bar Association of Madrid since 1996. Pedro López has over 18 years’ professional experience in providing expert advice for a broad range of domestic and multinational companies in all sectors. He began his career with the law firm Alzaga, Caro, Marañón, Sanchez-Terán & Asociados and subsequently held managerial posts in Anguiano & Asociados, PRISA Group and KPMG Abogados, and worked in the latter firm from 2002 onwards, coordinating the Regulated Sectors department in Madrid (Telecommunications, Media, IT, data protection and Financial Regulation).
In 2009, he decided to launch his own professional project and created MartínAndino Abogados, a Firm currently providing professional advice for numerous clients, predominantly multinationals operating in sectors related to emerging technologies. Many of the Firm’s leading clients are companies that Pedro López has been advising continually for over 10 years.
He is a regular columnist for several media outlets and a lecturer at leading graduate schools and business forums.
